Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing exists to provide help and direction to those clients wishing to lease a vehicle.
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing is a Credit Broker and not a Lender.
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing provides Contract Hire facilities as a Sales Partner for Lex Autolease.
Cooling off Period
Once a vehicle agreement has been concluded, the client has 14 working days to cancel the agreement.
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing does not charge any fee for cancellation.
Types of Contract Hire
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing offer two styles of Contract Hire.
- No maintenance – where the customer is responsible for all servicing and in life maintenance on the vehicle. However, Road Fund Licence is provided.
- Full maintenance – where the Finance Provider are responsible for all servicing, maintenance, roadside cover, tyres & road fund licence
On both types of contract, the customer is obliged to cover the vehicle on Comprehensive Insurance at their cost.
By entering into any finance agreement, the customer consents to the processing & disclosure of personal data relating to you gathered by us during the use of the service to be recorded and only be used in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
We agree to keep all personal information in a secure environment and will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other data protection legislation currently in force.
If a customer wishes to update or correct any inaccuracies in personal information, they will inform us in writing by emailing – email@example.com.
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing will from time to time initiate targeted email marketing campaigns. These will show details of vehicle leasing opportunities, complete with the length of the contract, rental structure, upfront payment, annual mileage, customer maintained or including full maintenance.
Paul Atkinson t\a PJ Leasing will continue to undertake the training necessary to meet Approved Person responsibilities. Most training will be via Lex Autolease “LetsULearn” online training plan which covers all aspects of contract hire. In addition, Paul will continue to study Industry journals on a regular basis to keep abreast of the changing Motor Industry.
End of Contract Policy
To clarify expected vehicle condition on return, Paul Atkinson t\a PJLeasing refers customers to the BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Policy regarding end of contract vehicles. A copy of which can be downloaded from the PJL website. Additionally, PJLeasing talks directly to customers to explain the uplift procedure. PJ Leasing contacts clients 3 months before contract end, by whichever communication method is usual, to remind them when the contract closes. This is the opportune time to discuss a new vehicle, an extension to contract or a possible purchase scenario.
